Corpas continued to close for the rest of the season and into the postseason. He did not pitch in the game. We just want to try and get him out of the spotlight a little bit and off the burner. In Game Four, the Red Sox held a lead after seven innings. Fuentes was called from the bullpen to hold the lead, but surrendered a leadoff homer to Bobby Kielty. Though the Rockies rallied for two in the bottom of the eighth, the Red Sox won. Aaron Cook was the losing pitcher.
